Our return & exchange policy currently applies to orders within Malaysia only.

We do not support return & exchange for international orders at the moment.


First Order Free Return

Customers who are placing their first order and have no prior return or exchange record are eligible for one-time free return within 7 days of receiving the item — no reason required.

❗Sales items are not eligible for return & exchange.

To qualify, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, properly put back into the zipper bag, and with all tags attached.

Please contact us and inform us of your return reason, once your request is confirmed, you may proceed to self-post the item to our return address. After that, submit the postage receipt to claim your shipping reimbursement.

We will cover the shipping cost for this one-time return.

If the returned item is found to have stains or damage, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.

Any subsequent return or exchange requests will follow our Standard Return & Exchange Policy.

Standard Return & Exchange Policy

Request Period
All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items
Applies to full-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, properly put back into the zipper bag, and with all tags attached. 

Ineligible Items
Sale and discounted items and giveaway/contest items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Quality Check Before Shipping
Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it is free from damage or faulty.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refund due to change of mind. Please double-check sizing, color, and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery; you can find our contact information at the bottom of this page or on our Contact page.

  • Send us your order number and clear videos/photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange refund or replacement depending on the situation.
  • We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video upon delivery. If you cannot prove the item was already damaged when first opened, we reserve the right to decline your return request.

Refund Method
Due to system limitation, refunds are unable to be processed automatically. Approved refunds will be manually issued via bank transfer to the bank account provided by the customer. All refund excludes payment processing fees.

Exchange Scope
Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

Out-of-Stock Size/Colour
If the size or colour you wish to exchange is out of stock or will not be restocked, we will convert the amount into store credit.
Return the item to us, and after we inspect and confirm the item is in its original condition, we will issue a Shopify Gift Card equal to the product amount (valid for 3 months).

  • If your next order total is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will stay on the same gift card for future use until it expires.
  • If your next order total is greater than the gift card amount, you can pay the difference using any other accepted payment method at checkout.

Shipping Costs
All return and exchange shipping fees are borne by the customer, except for the "one-time free return applicable to first-time customers" and "Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items".

Natural Production Variation Disclaimer
Due to standard bulk production, manual finishing processes, manual measurements, and manual photo shooting, minor natural variations may occur—such as:

  • slightly uneven stitching ends
  • minimal excess fabric at seams
  • subtle ripples/waviness along the neckline or armhole
  • colour variation (±20%)
  • measurement differences (±3cm)

These normal characteristics do not affect product quality, fit, or performance and are not considered damaged/faulty. Return will not be accepted on this basis.

Wrinkle Disclaimer
We do not accept "clothing has wrinkles" as a reason for return. Due to storage and shipping conditions, activewear fabrics may develop folds or creases that naturally relax with gentle airing.
⚠ Do not use high-temperature ironing on activewear fabrics.
